Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CrewPunch Elite account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

CrewPunch Elite is a job site management tool that allows field workers and their companies to track work phases, log notes, and upload photos organized by job site address. The service is provided by Crew Punch Elite LLC ("we", "us", "our").

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• One account per person — do not share accounts
• You must be at least 13 years old to use CrewPunch Elite

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate work management

5. Your Content

Notes and photos created in CrewPunch Elite are company work product. By using the service, you acknowledge that content created in the course of your work belongs to the company you are working for. Your company retains access to all notes and photos even if you leave or delete your account.

6. Payment Terms

• Pricing: $12 per active worker per month, billed to the company owner
• Free trial: Each new company receives a 30-day free trial
• Billing: After the trial, billing occurs monthly. You may cancel at any time.
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew Punch Elite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized per our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
